Returns & Refunds Policy

At Royal Rug Studio, we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help make things right.

You may request a return for eligible items within 28 days of receiving your order.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your rug must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and not washed
  • In its original condition, free from wear or damage
  • All original tags intact
  • Returned in original packaging, suitable for resale

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@royalrugstudio.com before sending anything back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If needed, we can arrange a return shipping label for you. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Made-to-Order & Non-Returnable Items

Certain pieces are specially crafted to order, meaning they are made specifically for you. These items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.

If your rug is delivered damaged, faulty, or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or full refund. Any return shipping costs in such cases will be covered by us.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
